This is always a good stake that throws up good ones - it appears small in numbers this year but the quality looks good. Keep an eye on it.

Only a two round event this year John, and David Firmager has a third of the runners. I am hoping Droopys Alma, a very promising young local can qualify, although her future lies over six bends.

Just got back, the track was probably running 30 fast but nonetheless an excellent performance from Diane Henry's Honey Trampas who flew out of the traps (5.01 split)and led all the way, winning in 29.90. Dave Firmager's Romeo Active won the other heat in 30.03.

Yes she ran a cracker, chased Honey Trampas hard and stayed on strong to the pick up. I know connections were very happy with her.
