Reading through the literature handed out at the launch for the new 'Tipperary Venue', I have to say it is massive. I can't recall ever reading plans for such a vast development.
Centrepiece of the development is a reconstruction of the White House in Washington DC. The project is dedicated to James Hoban who designed the US presidential home. The new construction will be accessed through underground tunnels from a futuristic style glass featured hotel which will boast state of the art spa facilities and 500 top class rooms.
There will be a super-casino on site, a championship golf course, horse and greyhound tracks, and underneath the development will be a 15,000 capacity sporting/music venue.
Mind blowing.
