The Irish Greyhound Of The Month Bantiss Bone award for October is a real tough one.
Ms Firesparker won a couple of nice opens at Galway, and Borna Del won both her races in the month, winning an Open Bitch Stake in Clonmel. Deanridge Fury won a couple in Ringsend including an unbelievable 31.18 for the which is brilliant.
Tullymurry Act ran twice and won both - the Semi Final and Final of the Irish Puppy Derby
Almost Chilli won 3 top class races in HQ including an incredible 28.22 run in the TRF 525 Final on the last day of the month - she is the fastest bitch ever at Shelbourne.
But I will give my gong to Sevenheads Bay. who was unbeaten in the Irish Laurels during October, winning the Classic for trainer Graham Holland. Probably the 2nd biggest event in the calendar just gives him the edge over Tullymurry Act and Almost Chilli.
