Farewells but not goodbyes

4 of the Westmead Hawk pups out of Bantiss Slimline left us yesterday. I took them up to their new home at Mount Cashel Kennels in Roscommon.

I have to say I am very happy with this litter of pups at this stage of their development - only 13 weeks old - and have no fear they will have a hiccup-free development up at Martin Tucker's range.

They have no nerves at all (why whould they?) and are all good sizes.  My pair from Angel's first litter were off in fields tonight hunting and are real good lookers - let's hope these Hawks follow a similar path.
