Well all eyes are obviously on Wimbledon for the gala card supporting the English Derby Final, and I have a few bets lined up for Plough Lane. But the Irish Oaks takes centre stage in Ireland and there are some cracking bitches on display
I will probably have to rename this feature as yet again I am exceeding my 6 selections with the Saturday 6 consisting of 6 bets and a lay.

At Wimbledon I laid Flying Winner the last time she ran and I am out to get her again. Bubbly Eagle is the natural heir to heir throne as the marathon superstar of the UK scene, and there are other good sorts in this race that will more than likely make this tough for Chris Lund's starlet.

Before the action begins on Sky, at 7.26, there is a rematch of the 6 bend race from a fortnight ago between Lorrys Options and Brimardon Star. I fancy Lorrys Options (a litter brother of Bubbly Eagle incidentally)to come on for that run and reverse the result.

In the 9.05 race I really like the look of Affleck Elite. Kindred Sparky shone in the Derby, but I think Charlie Lister has been getting his dog ready for this race and I witnessed him put in a very nice trial at the Don a month ago.

Crazy Indeed has had a couple of weeks off since her Puppy Oaks campaign and should lead her race. Blonde Fern has a great sprint on her card from last week and the Blue Riband heroine can make all here. ''Back a bitch in form'' is the old saying and Another Issue is certainly that. Springwell Dot was unlucky in the Cesarawitch Final can can outpace these to the turn - a must bet on the strength of her 28.57 spin last week.

My NAP and NB camer up trumps last night.
I made 1.75pts profit on laying Flying Winner, and 0.57pts profit on my NB Springwell Dot. I also made 0.57pts profit on Another Issue.
Crazy Indeed led but was beaten, Lorrys Options got pipped by Shelbourne Janie, Affleck Elite was well beaten after a messy break.Blonde Fern ran a blinder last night was all over the shop - will do an Oaks feature during the week
Result on the night 3/7; Loss on the night of 1.11pts
